Alaska '08 day 21, Dawson City

Walked around town and took pictures of the buildings and the SS Keno. Many of the goldrush era buildings have been restored.


We drove up bonanza creek to dredge #4. Took some pictures and wandered the creek at the discovery claim.


Saw a beaver in a pond along the creek and another beaver in a dredge pond over by the bridge.

We had fish & chips at Joe Ladue's restaurant (halibut), delicious!

We drove to the top of mid-night dome. The weather was clear and warm, it was great up there. You get a 300 degree view. Off to the north we could see the Tombstone Mountains.
